Refunds Due to Mureka Service Discontinuation

If Mureka discontinues its music generation service, we will issue a prorated refund based on the remaining duration of your current subscription plan.

Refunds Due to User-Related Issues

Refunds for user-related issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

A. Subscription Plan Selection Errors

If you originally intended to purchase a monthly subscription but accidentally bought an annual plan, we will issue a full refund as long as the Gold in your account has not been used. To process the refund, please provide the following information:

B. Accidental Registration / Unused Subscription

If you accidentally registered an account and activated your subscription for the first time, but did not use any credits during the subscription period, you may be eligible for a refund. Please provide the following details for review:

C. Failure to Cancel Auto-Renewal

If you have subscribed to an auto-renewing plan and did not cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle began, resulting in a new charge, we are unable to issue a refund in this case.
